I sold a house!!

After several weeks of coming into the office every day and nothing happening, I got a duty call on Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 from a couple who was looking for a house. I did a search and sent them some listings I thought they might be interested in. Within minutes they had called me back about one of them. I thought we would go see it the next day, but NO, they were on their way out there and wanted me to meet them RIGHT THEN. David and I jumped in the car, met them, I showed them the house and they loved it. They made an offer yesterday, signed the counter-offer today and it's a deal!! Yes, I know lots of things can still go wrong, but I'm so excited.
